The classic Durham Gin is rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks for 18 months. The casks have given the liquid a richness in colour and a great depth of flavour. The ageing process adds notes of vanilla bean, caramel and oak. The Spanish Sherry delivers spice with sweet fruit, honey and orange peel.
Furthermore, to complement this fantastic spirit we have chosen to add an Oak Smoked cheese wedge from the Northumberland Cheese Co.
