Firstly, from multi award-winning winemaker, Kieron Atkinson, Pét Nat Wild, part of the English Wine Project. Using grapes which grown and handpicked at Derbyshire’s Renishaw Hall, this fully natural wine is made with minimal intervention, allowing nature to work its magic.
Uniquely, we recommend that you serve this wine cold to maximise the flavours of rhubarbs and apples. Pét Nat comes with a natural fizz and will add a sparkle to any special occasion.
In addition, to complement this fantastic wine, we have selected a Vintage Organic Cheddar by Godminster and a Damson Fruit Cheese by Claire’s Handmade. To be enjoyed with Three-Fruit Crackers by Miller’s Harvest. Finally, we have chosen a Raspberry Beret by North Chocolates. This handmade dark chocolate is made with pieces of Raspberry for a fruity tang.
